Traveling Too Fast Over False Ground

Updated: Apr 24

We have traveled too fast over false ground;

Now our souls have come to take us back.

Take refuge in your senses, open up

To all the small miracles you rushed through.

COVID-19 has invited us slow down, to reflect, to open up, and to experience with our senses the miracles of nature and the best of humanity. May we slow down and choose to walk with them daily.

Read this relevant and beautiful poem by John O'Donohue in its entirety here.
