The Covid Two Step


What we don't understand can move us to step into the light with love and generosity, or it can find us ducking into darkness behind a wall of fear and judgment.


What I am witnessing in the throes of Covid-19 is nothing short of beautiful. Our two step dance is unrehearsed, yet universal: approach and greet warmly; waltz on, then repeat. Separated by six feet but tethered magically closer, we have been awakened to the freedom to embrace everyone with love and generosity.


You have stepped into the light!

Shield your eyes and smile.

(But don't touch your face.)
